When our students find deals we require them to run a full and comprehensive analysis on the deal to give it a thumbs up or thumbs down.

When it’s a thumbs up, and in the event the student doesn’t have the funds to go alone in the deal, we contact our private pool of investors to discover interest for deal partners.

We share all the numbers with our private pool of investors and then it’s first come first get. First investor to respond has first right of refusal on the deal.

The win for our students is the experience and expertise they develop finding, analyzing, and making offers on new deals.

The win for our investors is NOT having to invest the the time and energy to do what our students are already doing, which is finding the deals!

Our students do the heavy lifting on the work side to find and analyze the deals. You bring the cash.

An equitable agreement is then made, which may range from wholesaling the deal from our student or going in on a fix-and-flip equity share arrangement to a number of other creative acquisition strategies.
